Kathleen's lake property had good bones - beautiful plantings, a nice deck, a clean shoreline. But it needed some attention to pull everything together. That's where we came in. Fresh mulch, landscaping timber edging, concrete pressure washing, and a beach cleanup. Nothing flashy. Just the kind of work that makes a property feel cared for.

We started with the planting beds. Landscaping timbers were cut and set to create clean, defined borders around the foundation plantings, the deck surround, and the outbuildings. Once the edging was locked in, we laid fresh dark mulch throughout. That contrast between the timber border and the rich mulch really sharpens up the whole yard.

The concrete got the pressure wash treatment too. Walkways and patio surfaces can collect a surprising amount of grime over a season - algae, dirt, general buildup. A thorough pressure wash pulls all of that off and makes the hardscape look as sharp as the landscaping around it.

Then there was the beach. Debris, sticks, general mess that builds up over the off-season. We cleaned it up so the shoreline is ready to actually enjoy. For a lakefront property, the beach is part of the curb appeal - it matters just as much as the front yard.

What we ended up with is a property that feels polished from the front walkway all the way down to the water's edge. Every area got attention. That's the difference between a quick cleanup and a job done right.
